Operated by ProZpects Recruiting Solutions LLC · app.prozpects.com
ProZpects is an athletic recruiting platform. When you provide a mobile phone number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring text (SMS/MMS) messages from ProZpects related to your account and recruiting, including: account verification codes and notifications; new-message and profile-activity alerts; camp and webinar registration confirmations and reminders; scheduling links; and two-way conversational messages from ProZpects concierge staff who help manage a member's recruiting.
You opt in by providing your mobile number and creating an account or registering on the ProZpects web forms — the athlete and parent sign-up pages (app.prozpects.com/register) and the public camp and webinar registration pages at app.prozpects.com. At the point of collection, a consent disclosure is shown next to the submit action:
“By creating an account with your mobile number, you agree that ProZpects may text you account and recruiting-related messages. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.”
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the events you register for.
Message and data rates may apply. ProZpects does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a
confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP (or INFO) for help.
You may also contact us at
support@prozpects.com. Opting out will not affect your
ability to use the core Service, though you may miss time-sensitive recruiting and account
notifications.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent information with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages described above. See our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
